The history of the Research and Production Association Lakokraspokrytie (NPO LKP) started in 1960, when the Research Institute of Paint-and-Lacquer Coating Technology was established in Khotkov, Moscow region, by the decision of the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers for Chemistry.

Nowadays the NPO LKP is a modern enterprise, whose activity is focused on solving problems in the field of industrial painting, starting from technological consulting and up to the production and maintenance of paint equipment.

FOR PAINT SPRAY PROCESSING PLANTS

Design, production, installation, and maintenance of complex painting lines, including mechanical and chemical surface preparation, painting with liquid and powder paint-and-lacquer materials, conveying systems, effluents and emissions treatment, and ancillary equipment.

• Supply of individual equipment units:
  Spray-and-drying chambers, spray chambers with hydro-filtration or with dry filters; drying chambers; bead-blasting and shot-blasting plants; chemical surface preparation units; equipment for local effluents treatment; conveying systems; application equipment.
• Development and implementation of technological processes:
  Mechanical and chemical surface preparation; all types of painting; treatment of industrial effluents and emissions.

FOR MANUFACTURERS OF PAINT-AND-LACQUER MATERIALS

• Development of pigmented paint-and-lacquer materials formulations and manufacturing techniques;
• contract manufacturing of paint-and-lacquer materials under the Customer’s brand;
